Getting plenty of calcium and Vitamin D can help prevent osteoporosis which leads to fractures.

Using a pain diary

Writing down how your moods, patterns, activities, and medicines affect the Upper Back Pain. Having a record of your pain can help you and the doctor to find the cure for your Upper Back Pain.
